Dimension and weight limits depend on the carrier's vehicle:

• Maximum weight: Generally between 5kg and 30kg depending on the vehicle
• Maximum dimensions: 100cm x 60cm x 40cm (varies by vehicle)
• Volume: Adapted to the space available in the vehicle

Exact information is shown when you search for a trip.

You can track your parcel in several ways:

• From your dashboard: Real-time status of your booking
• SMS notifications: Automatic updates by text message
• Email: Confirmations and updates by email
• Mobile app: Real-time tracking on your phone

You'll receive notifications at every key step of the delivery.

If no available trip matches your needs, publish a listing:

1. Go to "My listings" and describe your shipment (departure/arrival cities, weight, desired date, photos)
2. Verified, subscribed carriers browse listings and send you proposals
3. Compare the offers you receive and accept the one that suits you
4. A booking is automatically created with the chosen carrier's trip

You're only committed once you accept a proposal.

The "GPs near me" page lets you locate nearby carriers:

• Allow geolocation or enter an address
• Provide your arrival city and, optionally, a desired date and weight
• The map shows verified carriers within the chosen radius, along with their matching active trips
• Click a result to view their profile or book the suggested trip directly

It's simple:

1. The customer searches for an available trip and books space in a carrier's vehicle
2. The carrier accepts the booking and picks up the parcel
3. The parcel travels with the carrier to its destination
4. The delivery takes place and payment is released to the carrier

The whole process is secure and tracked in real time.

To become a carrier:

1. Create a carrier account on ColisBled
2. Provide your ID documents and supporting evidence
3. Get your profile validated by our team
4. Create your first available trips
5. Accept customer bookings
6. Start carrying parcels and earning money

The validation process usually takes 24-48h.

Documents required for registration:

• Valid national ID card or passport
• Valid driving licence
• Vehicle registration document in your name
• Valid car insurance
• Proof of address (recent bill)
• Profile photo and photos of the vehicle

All documents are checked by our security team.

You're free to set your own rates based on:

• The distance of the trip
• Demand on that route
• The season (higher rates during holiday periods)
• Your costs (fuel, maintenance, etc.)
• Competition on the platform

ColisBled takes a 10-15% commission on each transaction.

Customers who can't find a matching trip publish a listing. To respond to one:

1. Your account must be verified and have an active subscription
2. Browse the listings and open the ones matching your trips
3. Send a proposal specifying the relevant trip and your terms
4. If the customer accepts your proposal, a booking is automatically created on that trip

Rates are set by carriers based on several factors:

• Price per kg: Base rate according to the parcel's weight
• Distance: Surcharge based on trip length
• Extra services: Packaging, insurance, home delivery
• Urgency: Surcharge for express delivery

The final price is always clearly displayed before you confirm.

ColisBled accepts several secure payment methods:

• Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfer for larger amounts
• Mobile wallet (Orange Money, Wave, etc.)

All payments are secure and tracked.

Carrier payment follows this schedule:

• Booking: The customer's payment is charged immediately
• Parcel departure: 50% is released to the carrier
• Delivery confirmed: The remaining balance (50%) is released
• Payment delay: 24-48h after delivery is confirmed

This split guarantees security for everyone involved.

Yes, every parcel shipped through ColisBled comes with built-in insurance:

• Base coverage: Included in the price (up to €500)
• Additional insurance: Optional for high-value items
• Liability cover: Covers damage caused by the carrier
• Fast compensation: Claims processed within 48h

Insurance covers loss, theft and accidental damage.

Our carrier verification process includes:
