ColisBled is committed to securing every shipment. Discover our coverage and guarantees so you can ship with peace of mind.
Our baseline commitment

For every booking made on ColisBled, we guarantee:

  • GP verification: identity checked before any trip is published.
  • Secure payment: your payment is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
  • Guaranteed refund: in the event of cancellation by the GP, full refund within 3 to 5 days.
  • Mediation service: our team steps in in the event of a dispute between customer and GP.
Parcel coverage

ColisBled offers two levels of coverage:

Standard coverage (included)

  • Coverage up to €50 per parcel in the event of confirmed loss.
  • Applicable only if the loss is reported within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Premium coverage (optional)

  • Coverage up to €500 per parcel.
  • Covers loss, theft and proven material damage.
  • Price: 2% of the declared parcel value, minimum €2.
GP liability

By accepting a booking, the GP contractually agrees to:

  • Take care of the parcel as if it were their own belongings.
  • Immediately inform the customer and ColisBled in the event of an incident.
  • Hand the parcel directly to the designated recipient.
  • Provide proof of delivery (photo or signature).

In the event of a proven breach, the GP's account may be suspended and their financial liability engaged.

Procedure in case of a problem

  1. 1 Report the problem via your customer account within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date
  2. 2 Provide the available evidence: photos of the parcel, correspondence with the GP, receipts
  3. 3 Our mediation team reviews the case within 72 business hours
  4. 4 If a refund is approved, the transfer is made within 3 to 5 business days
  5. 5 If you disagree, you can refer the matter to ColisBled's independent mediator
Guarantee exclusions

ColisBled's guarantees do not cover:

  • Parcels whose declared content is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Goods appearing on the list of prohibited items (see Terms Art. 10).
  • Damage resulting from insufficient or unsuitable packaging.
  • Valuables (jewelry, works of art, currency, official documents).
  • Delivery delays due to external causes (bad weather, customs checks).
  • Claims reported more than 48 hours after the scheduled delivery date.
Tips for packing your parcel properly
  • Use sturdy packaging suited to the nature and weight of the parcel.
  • Protect fragile items with bubble wrap or foam.
  • Clearly indicate the recipient's contact details on the parcel.
  • Photograph your packed parcel before handing it to the GP.
  • Declare the exact value of the contents when booking.
